The School of Mechanical Engineering is based on Mechanic engineering with electrical and information technology to educate best engineer and technology educational pro. The mission of the School of Mechanical Engineering is to provide a quality education, to conduct strong research programs, to foster a close partnership with industry and government, and to provide related service to thecampus community at large. A major focus of the School's activities is to provide quality engineering education with sufficient scope to include the basic and specialized engineering necessary
for the current and emerging needs of society. The School offers new programs in automotive engineering, environmental engineering, energy information based technology, CAD/CAM, virtual design and production in addition to classical programs in mechanical engineering. The new programs are important to prepare engineers better with the challenges of the 21st century. The School has great responsibility to contribute to the advancement of knowledge by conducting research at the cutting edge of science and technology. Since science and technology are rapidly advancing, the School a professional responsibility to provide continuing education so the practicing engineer can remain effective. |
