2). Qualification for Application & Screening Conditions
         A). Candidates should not have any reasons for disqualification in the university faculty
             appointment.
         B). Candidates holding a doctorate (PHD) degree in the major fields they are applying.
             (Candidates who is scheduled to acquire their Doctorate degree by 2010. February
             may apply.)
         C). Candidates must have 3 years of work experience in the major field by (2009.11.20)
             (Part-time lecturer experience excluded) On condition that,
            ② has experience in "Next generation networking development, and is able to lecture
            "Mobile system programming" in English.
            ③ has experience in Semiconductor Process equipment development
            ④ has experience in lecturing on "Building construction" field.
            ⑥ has a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or related field.
            ①～⑥ is able to lecture their major field in English.
         D). Full-time faculty position screening process will be carried out in 4 stages: Major
             fields qualification screening → Open class(Option) →
             Research performance screening → Interview. Priority will be given to female and
             disabled candidates who has eligibility in each stage for screening.

      3). Application Period : 2009.11.2(Mon) ~ 11.20(Fri)
            A). Download the application form from the University homepage (http:// www.kut.ac.kr), input all your application information from the ‘Full-time Faculty Position Openings’ panel. After you get issued an application number, print out the application form, then attach your photo, all your university graduation certificates and transcripts and send it to us through post, delivery or in person by 2009.11.25 (Wed). All the documents must arrive by that date.

※ Non-Tenure Track Full-time Faculty position will be reappointed every 2 years for 2 times (4years) after the initial appointment depending on their performance evaluation. From the time of the initial appointment, there will be no limitations in the position and the working conditions will be the same as the Tenure track full-time faculty during the contract period.

             preferred. (Applicants with dual citizenship are excluded)

             and must lecture in English. (Except in the case of Design Engineering and
             Architecture, holding at least a Masters degree)
            In condition that:
            ⑫ has at least a Master degree
            ⑬ has at least a Master degree for Architecture & at least a Doctorate degree for
             Architectural Engineering
            D). Full-time faculty position screening process will be carried out in 4 stages:
            Major fields qualification screening → Open class(Option) → Research performance
             screening → Interview.

      3). Application Period : 2009.11.2(Mon) ~ 11.30(Mon)
            A). Attach your photo on the application form, ①All your graduation certificates & transcripts(BA, MA, PhD), ②Letter of Recommendation from the academic advising professor ③ Proof of employment, ④Criminal record check(Apostille or if the country is not registered with apostille<Canada, China & etc>, you must get a criminal record check from the Korean consulate. Also, in the case of Canadian, Vulnerable Sector Screening is necessary.) ⑤Please send the original CD with your lecture or seminar related to the major field (Over 15minutes with the same topic) by no later than 2009.11.30(Mon). (Copy or scanned file is not permitted) and ⑥Research materials (3copies each) : You can submit copy materials (Thesis or published books must have been published within 4years(After 2005.11.20)Please send by express post (DHL) or in person, so it can arrive by the deadline. (Please do not send it by e-mail.)
